A semester-long coaching program that helps college musicians gain clarity, build confidence, stay accountable, and create meaningful progress in their musical and personal lives.
Fall 2026 Schedule
Program Dates: Rolling Enrollment– December 8
Weekly Group Coaching Calls: Sundays 5pm CST
No Meeting: Thanksgiving Week (November 23-29)
Weekly Meeting Format (60 Minutes)
1. Arrival & Breathwork (10 minutes)
Students transition from the busyness of the week into a focused and intentional state.
2. Guided Meditation (10 minutes)
Theme-based meditation aligned with the week's coaching topic.
3. Weekly Reflection & Journaling (15 minutes)
Students reflect on the previous week.
4. Coaching Topic & Group Discussion (25-40 minutes)
Each week is assigned a specific topic that will be announced at the beginning of the program.
5. Weekly Commitment & Accountability (10 minutes)
Students commit to one new goal or habit for week ahead.
Pricing Plans
Individual Full Program Price: $250
Individual Payment Plan: Monthly payment of $50/month from August to December
Studio Full Program Price: $550
Studio option: A university can register its entire studio for $550 total, or groups of 3 or more students can register for the studio rate.
That means:
3 students = $183.33/person
4 students = $137.50/person
5 students = $110/person
10 students = $55/person
15 students = $36.67/person
The more students who participate, the lower the cost per student — but the studio rate stays $550 total.

Dr. Rusty Holmes is a speaker, mindset coach, and professional horn player living in Austin, TX. He is dedicated to helping music students and professionals enhance their careers through mental fitness practices. He holds a certification issued by Jack Kornfield in the Fundamentals of Mindfulness Meditation, a Professional Certification in College Student Wellbeing, Trauma, & Resilience from Florida State University, and is certified by the Certified Life Coach Institute.
